The location closed to UTM

Cleanliness could be better as well as the single bed to be replaced

They allow early check in at around 1.15 pm which is nice. The deposit were refunded on the day of check out.

The single bed is rather floating down, better to have a firm bed like the queen bed. Cleanliness can be improved, the bathroom was wet when we entered. Water in the sink takes time to flush down, suspect there's a blockage.

have table and sofa easy for us to buy grab and dine inside the room. have microwave as well can reheat the food

this homestay doesn’t include the other swimming pool area need to pay which cost rm30 adult and kids rm20. this one was opposite homestay have 5 types of swimming pool. i like those 5 types of swimming pool because one of it ideal for baby to play around because its warm and not deep. the one that free at level 2 is a common swimming pool and quite boring for kids to play around

The location of the Hotel

Location is the main reason. We have stayed in Pulai Spring numerous time. This is our 2nd time staying with homestay based unit. The 1st time was a 2 bedroom apartment with a different host.

Cleanliness of the unit. It is very clear that the owner did not practice good hygiene. We snapped pictures of the unit after checking in. There were a sign asking guests not to hang clothes on the balcony, but in the photo you clearly could see that the owner himself hang towels, mop & singlet - the towels I believe was from previous guests. The aircond drips on the bed. We had to move the bed and we informed the owner upon checking out. It was not a standard Booking.com should accept. Not acceptable is hotel industry.

bedside and study table ok

bathroom shower screen water leak out everytime bath, have to use 2 towels to absorb the water overflow out. There is smell in toilet. Balcony chair is dirty and balcony sliding door lock defect. Wardrobe too many housekeeping stuff. Outside is well maintain but inside the unit need improvement.

The pool

No floor mats

i booked this property but unfortunately it was from third party. Although the payment was done, he cancelled my booking hence i cannot checked in here. There was no refund until today. Please dont book this property until you can make sure your booking is not from third party.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Enviroment

Get yelling by the club house counter guard that due cant entry fpr facility using ....look down people even my wife filipino .....yelling say those filipino get advance for everything..reject for us paying money fpr let my son playing at swimming pool .....we can accept paying fpr using facility of club house....but thpse attitude of club house staff at counter really fxxx off.dont look dpwn ppl .when we leaving still try say something about us . ..please respect as we are guest also even we are no official hotel guest.....dear management please notice and check your cctv ....you can see your good staff.how they treat us .

Semua okay je. Kelengkapan cukup. Tiada masalah

Kebersihan sederhana. Boleh ditingkatkan lagi

Kolam renang yg byk.. sesuai utk semua peringkat usia.

Bilik besar dan selesa, resort dan kolam yang cantik.

Talian Internet lemah

Tempah bilik penginapan kali pertama kena berurusan dengan orang yang tak sopan.. Silap sendiri tersalah tempah bilik penginapan,ingatkan dah tempah bilik hotel terus dengan pulai springs resort.... Bila sampai dekat receptionist,staff hotel bagitau saya tempah bilik dengan orang persendirian.. Masa nak check in bilik orang yang berurusan melalui telefon tu, tanya bermacam-macam.... Siap bagi arahan,bagi tau peraturan itu ini... Dah la nak masuk bilik siap minta sijil vaksin... Saya tak bagi sijil vaksin... Mana boleh suka² minta sijil vaksin orang... Siap suruh hantar sijil vaksin kita kepadanya melalui whatsapp... Masa berurusan memang dah terasa berurusan dengan orang yang cerewet.... Dah siap check out orang yang berurusan bilik penginapan dekat pulau springs resort telefon,whatsapp minta ganti rugi RM100... Siap kena marah lagi cakap tak jaga lantai dia dengan baik sebab lantai tercalar... Kelakar betul orang keluar masuk alih² bagitau lantai tercalar sebab saya tak jaga lantai dia dengan baik.... Selagi tak bayar duit asyik telefon,telefon melalui whatsapp,hantar mesej dekat whatsapp minta ganti rugi RM100.... Siap hantar gambar kesan lantai calar... Siap bagitau kes ni kes yang serius... Selalu saya,adik-beradik & anak³ pergi melancong 1 malaysia tak pernah kena macam ni.... Kali pertama kena betul² serik.... Berurusan dengan orang yang cerewet... Sepatutnya owner tak perlu bagi orang sewa studio kamu... Simpan elok² baru studio tu tak terjejas,lantai sikit pun takkan tercalar.... Siap bagitau suruh kita orang pergi baiki kalau tak nak bagi duit RM100... Pulai springs resort cantik,suasana bagus cuma saya yang tersalah ambil bilik penginapan..... Hati² siapa yang nak kena sana pastikan anda semua jangan tersalah ambil bilik dengan owner yang cerewet,yang beli rumah dekat Pulai Spring Resort... Ada owner yang baik mungkin nasib saya hari tu kurang bernasib baik... Pastikan anda semua berhati² dalam setiap urusan setiap masa ye..
